Registration form for extra tickets for vendors due

Please note: There are TWO DIFFERENT addresses, one for ticket registration, one for booth registration. Check address on bottom of each form for mailing instructions.
$10 late fee & subject to approval May 19 - May 25th
No tables or chairs are provided. Locations are assigned. Each type of Booth receives a limited quantity of admission tickets (see form for specific number). If additional booth staffing is needed, additional admission tickets will need to be purchased.
Setup time 6:30 a.m. - 8:45 a.m.
You must unload your vehicle & then move it to the parking area BEFORE setting up your booth to make room for other vendors vehicles trying to maneuver to unload.
Food Booths: Please only sell what you are signed up for since we try not to have competing food sales. BBQ cookers may not be placed against the back walls of the school, they must be at the front or side of your booth. NO EXCEPTIONS.
ATTENTION: For Fair participant safety, the vendor gate closes at 8:30 a.m. for vendors & used curriculum sellers. Between 8:30-8:45 you may walk your materials onto the grounds through the main gym entrance from the outside parking lot to your booth space or Used Curriculum Sale area. Vendors/Curriculum sellers arriving after 8:45 a.m. will not be allowed to set up their booth and forfeit their booth space and payment.
